Pumpkin Painting & Hayride

Ryan has been working a lot of Saturdays so I find it best if the kids and I stay busy. A few weekends ago my mom and I took the trio to Bob Evans for breakfast and then headed home to paint pumpkins! They had so much fun!

The finished product...

The boys washing their hands = TROUBLE!

After working Ryan was able to work on the new mudroom so after naps my mom and I took the trio to my counsin Becky's for a hayride. She also has a horse, which they fell in LOVE with! After lots of persuasion we were able to get all 3 to sit on "B" and take a little ride.

We had a great Saturday!

oCtObEr

We started our month at the the Pumpkin Fest parade. The kiddos LOVED all the candy they passed out!

An attempt to make cookies while they are all awake... a little challenging! I think we'll save that for when they are sleeping from now on!

mmmm... donuts!

This past week we enjoyed a little more sunshine and some warmer temps. They started by playing with small sticks in the wheelbarrow with water. That led to 'rocking' the wheelbarrow to make waves which then tipped over! We had lots of mud and left over flowers all over the cement!

[fruit loops]

We were attempting a craft with fruit loops on a cold morning and I thought I could quick run downstairs and change the wash... I should have known better!!! Just another item to check off that they completely dumped over my kitchen floor! They told me it was ok cause they could just eat them off the floor. ha! They are too funny!

John Ball Zoo

A few weekends ago we took the trio to the zoo! It was a gorgeous Saturday afternoon and they loved it!

We saw most of the animals... here's a few of our favorites.

Love this one with Ry and Clayton!

tRiPlEtS...

Three sets of clothes, three sets of shoes
Three tummies to feed, no time to snooze.
Sometimes they scream, Sometimes they shout,
By the end of the day, You're all worn out.
Each precious smile, each sweet little hug,
But best of all, There's three to love!

Three little babies, soft, cuddly and sweet
Six little hands, six little feet
Six little arms that hug me real tight
And three little mouths to kiss me goodnight
Three times the laughter and ten times the fun
Pity the parents that have only one!
