Our family is once again walking this year for the March of Dimes. It's a little more special this year because we are Holland's Ambassador Family, which means we get to tell our story of the triplets being premature and explain to others what March of Dimes has done for our family. A few weeks ago I had the chance to meet with the West Michigan director and together we found over 15 different areas that the March of Dimes has been involved with the triplets. We are asking people to sponsor us or walk with us on April 14 in Centennial Park. Please consider donating to this great cause.
A week ago Sunday Clayton & Riley fell through our only baby gate.Ryan picked him up right away and he suddenly wanted me. After realizing he was bleeding from his mouth I checked inside and noticed 2 upper teeth were pushed slightly back and up! Our FIRST major injury. After a few phone calls we decided to take him into my work the next day. Dr. Glupker checked him over and said we should head to the pediatrician. The Doctor checked the cheek bone and skull and both seemed to be ok. We are left with a few teeth out of place and a nice bruise! This kid is one tough cookie! This past Sunday we ended up in Urgent Care, also with Clayton. Come to find out he has RSV... respiratory virus, lots of coughing and little sleep! We are slowly starting to feel better; it's been a crazy week for this kiddo!
Ryan & Rochelle were married June 7, 2007. We have been blessed with Triplets, born January 26, 2010. Kelli, Clayton, & Riley were born at 28w 5d and spent 51 days in the NICU. We are enjoying every minute with them at home!
