We ventured out this past week and picked blueberries. I was slightly nervous that this would be hectic, but the nice lady at the farm was very sweet in telling the kids the rules in blueberry picking.
Rule #1: NO Running or horseplay
Rule #2: Only pick the blue berries.
Rule #3: If it's ok with mom you may eat as many berries as you like. AND have fun!
I should have taken a picture of them listening cause it was so darn cute!
And off we went, and boy was I wrong. The trio did fantastic! So well that between the 4 of us we picked 12 pounds. I was so proud of them and am looking forward to doing it again next summer.
